Hi tweeters
A lone whimbrel was walking the spit with small group of caspian terns at 2:30 pm.,
But has disappeared as the tide came in.Also along mission beach road south of tulalip bay
Is 'a calling daily", olive sided flycatcher. It's been there for about 2 weeks (may28)between address 4100 to the turnaround.usually high up in fir trees.
This is the third year I have seen and heard it in the same area but it arrived about 2
Weeks early this year..
There is a barn owl high up under the bank along mission beach.
Again a third year for sighting ,. This year first saw it Jan,.2.
Email me for details.
Cheers and good birding,
Maxine Reid
