The Yellow spot is it's skin.. when it's crop is full it is exposed. I wonder if this bird was one that was stolen or escaped from the Carnation Sanctuary? There were 30 missing birds.. not all were parrots. Just a thought,

Tweeters, Inlanders, Tina and I blasted up to Skykomish after work this evening. There were several other birders looking for the bird and it was quickly located roosting on a tree branch.
