Subject: [Tweeters] Rock Wrens at Hurricane Ridge

Yesterday afternoon, 6/17, there was a calling Rock Wren at the rocky
peak about a mile down the Deer Park Trail from Obstruction Point. Then
today there was a singing Rock Wren in the rockslide west of the first big
switchback heading up Hurricane Hill. With the other recent Rock Wren
nearby at Heather Park and two around Naches Pass, it seems like a great
year for them in the mountains of western Washington.

Good birding,
