Subject: [Tweeters] Anna's Molting?

In my annual attempt to take pictures of hummingbirds on as many different flowers in my wife's garden as possible, I shot this male Anna's with what looks like major primaries missing. Am I correct that this is normal molting or is this an unusual fast capture with strange wing positions?

Check my flickr photo stream for the image at: https://www.flickr.com/photos/125370117 at N08/ - If you want a little entertainment and haven't seen the video of this year's crop of killdeer babies from Far Reaches Farms here in Port Townsend, click on the arrow in the dark screen next to the Anna's photograph and then click on the blue arrow that comes up for about 5 minutes of mixed videos and stills of those terminally cute critters set to music. In case you're interested, the final image on the video is of a Long-toed Salamander found at the same location.
