The LEFL was still present this morning in the same location and was quite
vocal at around 9am. I did a short bit of playback by my phone and a LEFL
bird came to the edge of the trees where it was immediately chased off by
another similarly sized bird that I didn't get the ID of. I ran back by on
my way out of town around 10:30am and the bird was still singing
intermittently.

I made a very quick stop at Eide road and found 2 Greater Yellowlegs and 3
Lesser Yellowlegs in the main pond. The sewer plant had a single Western
Sandpiper. I'm always amazed at how early fall shorebird migration/movement
begins.
