A little after 1:00pm today, I found 4 Harlequin Ducks (1 Female w/ 3 over half grown young) on the Cispus River. I saw them from the bridge that goes to the Cispus Learning Center. They were upstream at the bend in the river, sitting on the rocky barrier. One of the young was feeding in the river nearby. Note: the ducks could disappear behind that barrier if they lay down.
