Subject: [Tweeters] RFI - Long-billed Curlews, Lewis's Woodpeckers,

Hello Tweets,

This is the first of a few RFI questions, and I thought I would break them up into separate messages to not be too much at once.

I will be visiting Eastern WA from April 6-10, and a few birds I want to see over there include Long-billed Curlews, Lewis's Woodpeckers, White-throated Swifts, Swainson's Hawks, and Nashville Warblers. I had a possible glimpse of one Curlew in a canal near Othello as we zipped by in late July, and I saw a few possible Swainson's Hawks throughout last summer. Where is a good spot where I can find them? I can go no further than 15-20 minutes from I-90, because birding is not the primary objective of the trip. So Vantage is in, Wenas Campground is out.

Thanks for your help! I look forward to my trip.

Good birding, Joshua Glant
