Please check this out-Washington State native birds are under threat from ACE all along the Columbia River and Snake River at all the Dams. Please contact the US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District and let them know what your thinking-they do not have the skills to seperate and ID the many gull species they will be shooting at-this is the work of pure politics masked as pseudo science, What are they hoping to accomplish? Killing native supposedly protected birds that eat dead and dying fish below the ACE dams is hardly a reasonable fix!
