Well, since you may not be able to replace your current window panes with bird-safe glass, I refer you to research by Daniel Klem, Department of Zoology, Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, 1990.? He found that the only effective way to keep birds from striking windows was to place objects or patterns, 5-10 cm apart, uniformly over the whole window.?
