Greetings! I'm a very casual birder living in Seattle. In mid-June, I'll be traveling with my family to Yellowstone NP via Boise, and would like to stop for a couple of nights in the Blue Mountains. Please suggest a campground in the area that would have a few birds to observe, preferably other than the species we constantly see at home (our most common yard list birds are Black-capped Chickadee, Bushtit, Bewick's Wren, Anna's Hummingbird, Song Sparrow, House Sparrow, House Finch, American Robin and American Crow, so anything else is of interest). The goal is not a hard-core birding trip, but simply a nice campsite with visible wildlife. Near a good three-hour hike a plus.

Thanks,
Mike
