On Monday (3/23/15) just after 4pm I saw a White-Tailed Kite hunting, e.g. "kiting", over a sheep pasture just west of Park Ave in Langley. The wind was blowing briskly and the bird was soon blown east of Langley before I lost it. I returned two hours later, around 8:30 am on Tuesday and around 4pm on Tuesday, but did not see the bird again. Friends in the area will be watching for it.

I am curious if anyone else has seen one around Puget Sound.
