About 30 mins ago i had a rough-legged hawk soaring around over the field just to the west of the refuge. It is Port property i was on the Columbia dike. Also i have walked the dike 4 times in the past 5 or so days and the best finds have been savannah sparrows on the fence. Been hoping for shrikes and bluebirds but no avail.
