While arrival most years is mid/late April, Cassin's Vireos have rarely shown up in the last days of March. Many years back I had one at the south end of Chuckanut Drive, extreme north Skagit Co, on March 29--a singing bird which I also saw. That is my earliest and, I believe, the earliest for Skagit Co as well.
