I'm still a novice, and I've never seen a Black Swift before, so I very
well could be completely off...

At about 3pm I was driving east on NW 78th Street in Hazel Dell and saw a
swift-like bird that was all black, flapped/soared differently than a
Vaux's (its flapping wasn't quite as fast and continuous) and then it dove
into a chimney on the north side of the road (roughly across from Family
Dentistry which is on the south side of the road). Does that sound like a
Black Swift?
