A fully fledged but slightly short-tailed juvenile Dark-eyed Junco just appeared in my yard. That happened on May 12 last year, so they?re pretty close in scheduling. Funny to see a juvenile (also juvenile Bewick?s Wrens in yard) when many birds haven?t even come in in migration yet.
