After examining my photos taken during the past 3 days from the road to Bahokas Peak in Neah Bay, I?ve concluded that I saw at least 2 BROAD-WINGED HAWKS on Thursday, 5 on Friday and 2 yesterday (Saturday). Friday morning at Cape Flattery, a very entertaining Sea Otter floated by below the cliffs.

From Cape Flattery on Saturday morning, I saw at least 30 TUFTED PUFFINS on the water near Tatoosh Island. A scope is definitely needed to see the far away puffins.
