Tweeters,
Members of Seattle Audubon's Birding 201 class were treated to a great
day at Nisqually on Saturday. Birds seen included Red-Crossbills, Sora,
American Bittern, Yellow-headed Blackbird (thanks to Matt Bartells), a
hybrid Greater White-fronted Goose/ Canada Goose, 10 species of ducks,
and Western tanagers. This along with most of the expected birds made
for an exceptional outing.
