I absolutely love pheasants and was very fortunate to share my little piece
of Earth with a magnificent male Red Golden Pheasant for many years
(someone had released him, as he had a band, and he adopted us and lived
with us the rest of his life). Thanks for the note about Mason Lake -- I am
going to head out there to see some ring-necked pheasants.
