Winter migrants are dribbling back to Edmonds. ?Bufflehead, red-breasted mergansers, and a lone black scoter were visible off Sunset Ave. ?while red-necked grebes, Bonaparte's gulls, common murres, and rhinoceros auklets were off the fishing pier. ???
