I saw 8 Evening Grosbeaks at the Botanical Garden in Brush Prairie, four of them males.? This is my first time seeing these birds.Other birds I saw were House Sparrows, Golden-crowned Sparrows, House Finches, Pine Siskins, Dark-eyed Juncos, Mourning Doves, Steller's Jays, a Sharp-Shinned Hawk, Black-capped Chickadees, Northern Flickers, American Robins, a single Fox Sparrow, two Anna's Hummingbirds (still chasing each other away), and a Red-breasted Sapsucker.
