Subject: [Tweeters] tern in Union Gap

A little after 10 this morning a small tern flew past me at the Yakima
River. I had a good binocular view at about 80' as it passed by . It was
really getting kicked around by the gusty wind. This is in the Poppoff
area, in Union Gap, the southern end of the Yakima Greenway. It appeared to
be a Forster's Tern, out of place and out of season.

Good birding,
