Subject: [Tweeters] Another Puget Sound Northern Fulmar

I was at Richmond Beach Saltwater Park at Shoreline (King Co.) from about 9:35 am to 11:35 am today, 18 November 2015, for seawatching.

For the first 90 minutes, I scanned from near the water. I figured the low vantage point would prevent me from seeing anything too far out -- the advantage being that I wouldn't have to worry about what county a bird was in. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

I then moved up higher near the bridge over the railroad tracks, and after just a few scans, I saw a dark Northern Fulmar flying south around 11:07 am. I was able to watch it for about six minutes as it continued south. And yes, I'm not quite sure what county it was in, though I suspect it was entirely or mostly in King County while I was watching it.
