I was hoping someone could clue me in regarding the tides at Wylie Road Skagit Headquarters. I'm curious if the only influence on the water level is the "normal tide" (of Skagit Bay??) or if it is also influenced by the Skagit river, and/or man-made controls. Is there any way to predict the water level, or is it a combination of factors?
