On the Sammamish Plateau there are several Canada Geese with large white tags around their necks and legs. One of the geese has a neck tag with ?160F? in large block letters running vertically on the tag.

Does anyone know who is tagging the geese and why? Or have any suggestions as to how I can find out?

I can share a picture of the neck tag if anyone wants to see it.
