Saw only one Rock Wren at 1:30. Amazing still around with all the people
and dog activity.
Question for Penny or anyone else with knowledge thereof: Does the city
monitor the beach, and warn, or better yet fine those who disregard the
posted
signs about keeping dogs off the beach? Seems like a win for the
environment if that was enforced.
