I'm looking at what I think is a juvenile Sharp-tailed Sandpiper at
Grandview STP. Down power line road to first muddy puddles on right.

Visitors must sign in when they arrive and sign out when they leave, and
must not block road - as per Dave Lorenz, superintendent, due to recent
infractions by a local lister that could cause loss of access permission.
