WISA male heard (then seen) forage pecking on a live Douglas-fir tree with
lots of sap "weeping" sapsucker wells along FS rd 8200-181, Mt. Adams RD,
Gifford Pinchot NF within a Fuels-Reduction thinning unit. Male had a shiny
jet-black head & cape of body feathers with very dull dark gray flight
feathers. His red chin was "briefly" visible several times.

PIWO pair (male & female) heard (and seen) along same road on Oct 7, 2015.
PIWO(s) heard-only numerous times along same road throughout days on Oct 6 &
7, 2015. Assume within a PIWO territory.
