Fellow Birders:
I recently lost my Leica 10 x 42 binoculars (olive green) with ABA harness strap attached, somewhere either in the Sunrise area of Mount Rainier National Park, in Packwood, or possibly in Olympia between 11 PM Oct 15th and 7 AM on Oct 17th. It was on Sat morning on Oct 17th that I first discovered they were missing, after a trip to Mt. Rainier, when I reached into my pack and they weren't there. I have contacted the Park dispatch as well as the motel I was staying in Packwood. No one has any information. It is truly mysterious how they disappeared, as I was certain they were either with me or in my pack at all times.?
