Hi Tweets - a raft of nearly 100 Common Mergansers along the Edmonds Waterfront (Sunset Ave) at noon today, probably the largest group I've ever seen. Also present were large numbers of Double Crested Cormorants, Horned Grebes, and Heerman's and Ring-billed Gulls. A Peregrine also flew by to harass the Rock Pigeons hanging out at the ferry terminal. - Jon Houghton, Edmonds
