Hi all,

I checked about 3 times at the creek mouth after 4 and I did not have the
Red-legged Kittiwake on any of these attempts. It certainly could return at
some point, but I thought folks should know. Heck, it is Neah Bay after all
and one should look forward to just having a day or two to come bird the
area regardless.

Other birds of interest today included a NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH near the old
inactive and cleaned-up dump site on the west side of town, a LAPLAND
LONGSPUR on the beach near the Senior Center, and a CHIPPING SPARROW near
the mini mart. It was a pretty damp day out here, but there was plenty of
birds to keep one happy.

Cheers and good birding,

Brad Waggoner
