Hi Tweeters,

This morning (9/12/15) I was birding the Woodland Bottoms with John, Kelly
and Arvin(sp?) Johnson. We found a BLACK PHOEBE calling incessantly and
hawking insects from low perches along the slough at the north end of Dike
Rd. This is the section of the road after the curve that heads to the dead
end near I-5. When we were there it seemed to focus its activity on the far
side of the slough about one third of the way from the curve toward the
dead end.
