The 2 Sharp-tailed Sandpipers at Oyehut Game Range in Ocean Shores today
seem chasable. They were on the far pond if you come in from Tonquin
Avenue (have to cross the creek that way).

I was able to view them on 2 separate trips out there today, one trip
extended by high tide. They were present from 8:15am to about 2:20pm
when the tide had receded enough so I could escape back across the
creek. They were feeding on the shoreline, in the pickle weed and the
short grass all within 25 yards of the edge of the pond. They spent a
lot of time in the weeds,(some times laying down) and were hard to see
at times. A few Lapland Longspur were out there as well as many Pipits.
