Tweets,
As is typical, the band-tailed pigeons, aka flying pigs, are here for
their feeding frenzy during the migration.
We get 30 to 50 at a time during the peak.
Today there is one that appears to be injured and hanging out near the
back door. Unable to jump up the small step to the lawn, it wanders
around, rests, and then wanders again. It appears to have an injured
wing because it has trouble jumping up the small step and seems unable
to use wings to help.
So, does one let nature take is course or is there a rehab facility for
wayward pigeons out there somewhere?
