Following reports of Snow Geese at Reifel on Tuesday, 9/22, today I heard and then sighted 8 Snow Geese flying low directly overhead at Jensen Access, Fir Island, and heard and then sighted 150+ Cackling Geese on Maupin Road - I believe they were minimas.

Shorebirds were limited to 6 Black Bellied Plovers and 2 Whimbrels at Jensen Access.
