A friend and I are thinking of looking for migrating hawks on Sunday. We have some pretty basic questions ? is this the right time of year? We?re in Seattle/North Bend. Any good spots within reasonable drive/hike? Please excuse our uncertainty ? it seems there may be many possible migration routes and not sure of the best places. Chelan is not open due to fires.
