I spent some time on both Saturday and Sunday (26-27 Sep 2015) watching the sky from my backyard near Meadowbrook Pond in northeast Seattle. On Saturday, about 55 Turkey Vultures flew over heading south. They were in a single extended flock and passed over around 1:45 PM. On Sunday, there were 8 vultures heading south - one group of 7 around 2 PM and 1 around 3:20 PM. Oh, and back on 24 Sep, I had a single fly over around 1 PM.

The biggest surprise from the weekend hawk/vulture watch was a flyover loon, likely a Common, that was probably over Lake Washington airspace.
