Mary and tweeters,
There's also a ROAD CLOSED barricade at the end of the pavement on North
Wenas Road -- where Audubon and Maloy Roads fork off, so the Yakima County
section is closed. There were several severe washout episodes in that
stretch. I've seen Yakima County road maintenance crews coming out of there
recently.
Access to nearby BBQ Flats and to Wenas Campground by motor vehicle is
still seasonally closed, but walking in is lovely.
