As a transplant from the Midwest, I too miss the song of the cardinal. So I set it up as the ringtone for my phone - I can't confuse the ringing of my phone with an actual nearby birdsong. (Except, recently, when visiting Rhode Island, I heard a cardinal and grabbed my phone...)
