A Pacific Golden Plover was found in the sod farms in my old stomping
grounds of Palm Beach County, FL a few days ago. Photos were taken and the
bird was confirmed by shorebird author Michael O'Brien. Dennis Paulson --
are there any other records for that species on the East Coast or anywhere
in the East or Midwest of which you are aware? That's an amazing record and
if accepted by the FOSRC, it would be a first for Florida. Here's some
