I reached Hatfield Lake at 8 a.m. The East Cascade Audubon Wednesday birders were there. They had not seen the White Wagtail this morning. Once they left I was the only person there. I stayed until 9:10, counting and recounting Killdeers in the wet patch where the wagtail had been seen. I would not recommend planning or starting a chase unless a positive sighting is posted to OBOL or eBird.
