A friend got 2 photos of the Peregrine nest and occupants - one at 4:30 and another at 8:30 p.m. - the last one, despite low light and resolution, definitely shows 3 open beaks and one egg - and the adult female, who was feeding the brood.
Photos can be viewed on the Facebook Western Washington Birders site - the earliest ones are screen shots I took between 3:15 and 3:36 p.m. - I was only able to see one chick then. Mom was doing a good job of warming and protecting.
