Hi Tweets

I was at the wetland access behind 6236 39th St. E this morning from about
7:45 a.m. til 9:15 a.m. (including the scramble down to the wetland edge)
and did not see the Snowy Egret. I worked the edge of the wetland and found
a couple more poor access points and could not see the egret from any of
them.

Another birder was there before me, and reported that he did not see the
bird either. But there is lots of good looking habitat and lots of places
for the bird to hide.

We did see several Great Blue Herons, two Greater Yellowlegs and a
Long-billed Dowitcher, a distant Red-tailed Hawk, a tree full of European
Starlings and a Eurasian Collared Dove. Lots of American Robins also.

Hope someone finds the bird today.

Good Birding
