At low tide this afternoon around 3:30 the Great Egret was perched in a small tree on the fresh water side of the dike road by the entrance to the outer boardwalk preening it's feathers. ?Also, yesterday there were 7 GBW's fishing the incoming tide by the radio station in Olympia. ?Four were juveniles. ?I would expect to see lots of GWB's at Nisqually on a better tide.??Ray Holden
