Probably not but as I was driving South on I-5 at 10:40 this morning just before the 175th exit I saw a hawk on one of the lamp posts. ?These are always Red Tails but this one caught my eye as very small and wing markings were considtent with Red Shoulder. ?Could not stop to check.
