The list of species documented in Washington and reviewed and approved by
the Washington Bird Records Committee can be found here:

It includes a number of species that are solely represented by sight
records (records lacking a specimen or photograph but including convincing
written details), including the Ruby-throated Hummingbird record. It
appears to be nearly up to date, with Little Bunting and Lucy's Warbler
being the two species that have been photographed in the state since this
list was updated.
