Hey all!

It was a long haul, but I have all June July and August trips updated in the blog now at www.chelancountybirding.blogspot.com.

The year list sits at 185! I'm getting close to the goal of 200 species for the year, although of course the target list is getting shorter just as the year is. All in all, the summer posts covered a good bit of the high country in Chelan, including hikes near Washington Pass, Stevens Pass and Cascade Pass, as well as visits to Fish Lake, Camas Meadows, Horse Lake Preserve, Union Valley Road and Stehekin.

Most importantly, reading about someone who is in over his head almost constantly in every way should be good reading from the safety of your kitchen table.
