> Today Karen and I saw the previously reported Great Egret at the Fobes Road location in Snohomish County. One local dog walker told us that the "albino heron" had been hanging around all summer. We also had a close up look at a Green Heron.

> There is a small parking lot at the end of a gravel road that takes off from Fobes Road across the road from the mail box numbered 3717. Fobes Road is south of highway 2 and NW of the town of Snohomish.

> That same dog walker said that sometimes he sees the "albino heron" in the water adjacent to the parking lot. We saw it after walking about 1/2 mile along the path from the parking lot. The Green Heron was in a bush in the water by the trail as the trail turns to parallel Ebey Slough.
