Shortly after noon today Maxine Reid and I relocated the continuing Red
Knot and American Golden Plover along the outside of the spit at the south
end of Tulalip Bay in the company of 200 plus Black-bellied Plovers, a
couple of peeps, and 24 Caspian Terns.

FYI:
While waiting for Maxine I was approached by a local resident, upset by the
recent influx of birders, with a long list of complaints about the lack of
privacy in his neighborhood. Apparently some birders have pulled off into
his driveway without permission.

I had received permission from three of his neighbors to bird from their
property and was parked on the side of a county road but he didn't care.

So be aware that our presence in this neighborhood is not appreciated by
all and take care to stay off private property unless you have permission
to access it from the owner.

Good Birding,
