There' a GBH on the shoreline at th e Lakewood Marina (foot of S Genesee St and Lake Washington Blvd) with a long piece of rope caught in its beak.

Seattle Animal Control says there's not much they can do unless the rope gets tangled in something. Could anyone local keep an eye out for this bird, monitor its condition from afar and call animal control if it gets tangled or starts to look weak. 206-386-7387
