I am pretty sure you were on the circulation list a couple of weeks ago which was internal to WOS folks only so it could be on website etc. ?Then I send out notice to Tweeters twice - once maybe two weeks before the program and then again on day of or day before the program.
I will check earlier communications to see if you were copied. ?Will be sure of it in the future. ??
When do you post info on upcoming meetings onto the website?

Sorry all, this didn?t make it on the WOS calendar. I didn?t see this email until today due to being at a work function for the better part of yesterday.
Blair, could you please send me a note prior to the day of the event so that I can make sure to get it on the calendar? Unless I missed a previous message from you? Thanks in advance!

Subject: WOS Program Tonight - Paul Bannick
?
The Washington Ornithological Society (WOS) meets tonight - Monday December 5th at the Urban Horticulture Center. ?Our program speaker will be?award winning photographer and author Paul Bannick who will present a new program featuring video, sound and stories from the field plus images from his new book,?Owl: A Year in the Lives of North American Owls -?a stunning follow up to his previous book? The Owl and the Woodpecker.?
Paul's books will be available for purchase before and after the meeting and the author will autograph the books - sounds like a great holiday gift to me. ?His newest book has been listed on the Pacific Northwest booksellers 2017 Book Awards?short list.
Social?begins at 7:00 P.M. and the presentation starts at 7:30. ?Are all welcome.
?
PLEASE WATCH FOR A POST LATER TODAY ON TWEETERS IF CHANGING WEATHER MAY AFFECT PLANS FOR THE MEETING TONIGHT.
